Standard ground (3-10 business days) - $10
Express (3 business days) - $25
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM CST will ship same day. Orders placed after this time or on the weekends will ship the following business day.
Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries & states where applicable.
If you wish to return your item(s), please send to the following address and include your name, order number, and reason for the return inside the parcel.

Please keep hold of the tracking code until the return is complete.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once your return has been requested and approved you must return your item to the address provided on your return confirmation email within 14 days.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note we charge a $3 flat restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is rejected you'll be notified via email.
We can only accept one order per return package. If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please process each return separately through our returns portal. You’ll receive a unique QC return code for each order to ship them back individually.
We recommend returning your parcel using a tracked or signed-for delivery service to ensure it reaches us safely. We cannot take responsibility for parcels that go missing in transit, and we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for items that are lost if a tracked or signed-for method was not used. Please retain your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
FINAL SALE
Products marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Each DALA garment that has been hand-finished (such as painted, embroidered, or otherwise embellished) will have its own unique character. Slight variations or imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process. We see these as part of what makes each piece special.
